Sessions are held online, so you can join from anywhere, in English or German. This flexibility makes it easier to seek support before life feels overwhelming, and to integrate therapy into your routine no matter where you are.

Each session is a calm and steady space for you. We begin with what feels most present — a thought, a feeling, or a situation you want to bring in. From there, the conversation unfolds naturally.

Sometimes it’s about untangling what feels confusing. Sometimes it’s about finding words for emotions, or simply sitting with them. We might explore how stress shows up in your body, how relationships affect you, or what helps you feel more grounded.

There’s no fixed agenda — the focus is always on what you need in the moment. My role is to listen, reflect, and guide gently, so you can find clarity and a stronger connection to yourself.
