Acupressure is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that treats blocked energy by applying manual pressure to specific points on the body. It is based on the same principles as acupuncture, except that it uses fingertip pressure instead of needles.

Acupressure not only treats the energy fields and body but also the mind, emotions, and spirit.
It is a gentle method that can help you to recreate balance and ease.

Ayurveda is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Its main goal is to promote good health, not fight disease.

This treatment will help you to calm down your mind and balances your body.
Your eyes will be covered with rosewater pads which help to cool down your thoughts. Your forehead will be wrapped in a linen cloth and warm oil will be applied to create lightness and ease. You will enjoy a hand and head massage, which helps to regulate the nervous system to create calm and ease.
