The peace of mind retreat is for those seeking rest and inner peace. We invite you to a 4-day retreat in the beautiful countryside close to the baltic sea on the old farm NONNA hof. We open a space where you can generate your own daily rituals that will help you to create clarity and ease. It's all about how to find peace of mind in yourself and recreate this in your daily life.
Brooklyn and Freddi will guide you through some gentle yoga practices in the mornings and evenings as well as a Zenthai workshop, a meditation workshop, and evening ceremonies.
The retreat location NONNA Hof is located in the middle of nature, surrounded by apple trees and fields of berries and herbs. You can enjoy long walks in nature, afternoons in the sauna, and time to unwind on the cozy farm.
Melanie will be our chef and will prepare some wholesome vegetarian meals twice a day. She is an intuitive self-taught cook, who prepares plant-based food with the intention of a tasteful bite and a happy body. She wants you to feel good with food and allow it to become an intuitive experience.
Our retreat starts on Thursday afternoon with a little welcome, followed by our first yoga practice and a nurturing vegetarian dinner.

Our retreat location NONNA hof is close to the baltic sea on an old farm surrounded by beautiful nature. The NONNA hof is a cozy space, with soft beds, fireplaces, a big yoga space, and a sauna for nurturing afternoons. You will share your room with other participants or your friends.
