Many people experience a sense of warmth and relaxation, which helps to release inner tension and promote clear thinking. Reiki offers a moment of calm and disconnect—a perfect way to reset after a stressful time.
The Ayurvedic oil treatment uses warm almond oil to soothe the nervous system and release tension. During the treatment, rosewater pads are placed over the eyes, and warm oil is gently poured over the forehead.
This creates a feeling of lightness and inner calm. The session is completed with a soothing hand and head massage. It's an ideal way to switch off and enjoy a moment of relaxation.
