Peace of mind therapy is for those who are looking for guidance and support. It is a modern approach that takes the stigma from psychotherapy and will create lightness and ease.

In this therapy, the focus is on lifting up your mental well-being through conversational therapy and discovering your own landscape of joy and contentment.

Detect physical blockages that were created by the mind and co-create a joyful practice, to release them.

This new concept is based on modern and Buddhist psychology, yogic philosophy, Chinese medicine, and Ayurveda.

I'm a psychologist, yoga teacher, and naturopath based in Berlin. In my studies, I learned healing arts from different traditions and backgrounds. I dived deep into Traditional Chinese Medicine, Psychology, Yoga Philosophy, Ayurveda, Buddhist Psychotherapy, and Reiki. My focus is to bring body, mind, and soul back to balance and create softness and ease. Therapy doesn't have to be exhausting, my aim is to open a space where you like to connect back with yourself and let go of tension.
